The salt air drifting through the marsh, the twisted live oaks draped in Spanish moss, the slow pace of coastal evenings, and the belief that great spirits should feel timeless, elegant, and deeply connected to where they come from.

SOTO is designed to capture the spirit of coastal Georgia through a portfolio of elevated craft spirits. From botanical vodkas and refined gins to barrel-aged rums, whiskey, agave spirits, and innovative ready-to-drink cocktails. Every product is intended to balance approachability with sophistication: clean, expressive, premium spirits that bartenders love working with and consumers are proud to share.
